Harrisburg 2023 Artsfest – Bike Valet Parking

Recycle Bicycle Harrisburg will be parking bicycles FREE at the Artsfest on City Island, near the Walnut Street bridge. Save money and ride to the event, bring a lock and we will watch your bike.
