Hello RBH volunteers,
GOOD NEWS!
Both our Hershocks engineer and the installation team were able to visit the shop today and inspect our prep work.
WE PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS!
Hershocks will start with the upstairs windows Tuesday and expect that work to take until Friday at least.

At first glance we don’t need any additional prep work before they start on the downstairs windows, probably next week.

So, Tuesday I do not need help getting ready for windows. HOWEVER, if you have already planned to be here Tuesday morning, I would like to use you to help put the front room back in order. No heavy lifting, just moving furniture and boxes and tables and chairs and whatever else we find in the pile. 9am to 12.

As the Hershocks team works this week they may identify things we need to move for the downstairs work. Hopefully we will know that by Friday and can plan on making those changes late Saturday morning.

During the installation we will need to store the Hershock Scissor-lift overnight in the shop and that will cause some inconvenience Tuesday nights and Saturday morning. I assume we will be able to work with that problem just like we have with scaffolds and forklifts in the past.

Thanks,
Jim Uber
